A Road Trip plan? Know what to do and what Not to do on a Road Trip.

When you finally set out a date and a weekend for a get away with family or a honeymoon trip or travel with friends for leisure. Or maybe, to pursue the travel blog dreams that you aspire. Or better yet, aim to create the Best Travel Blog there is-
There is one thing to remember.
Road Tripping is the most adventurous, most memorable and most travel worthy form of departure.
I mean, who wouldn’t want to spend hours and hours bonding with the partner you are traveling with. Or just space out and take life-long decisions on the way. Or even simpler ones like what to eat and what to shop?!

The trip is made (or broken) by your decisions. So as you key in places for Tourism in Pakistan, or elsewhere. Also key in instructions.
We’re here to share some of the ‘do’s and dont’s of Within-Country travel in the interest of making your journey a little smoother.

1. Do not rely on the Internet

As helpful as the tracking apps and mapping routes are, always carry a paper Map with you in hand. Also carry a written version of your itenary. The roads are treacherous. The Signals go bleak. Altitudes change and waters go deep.
It would not be smart to totally depend on the internet!

2. Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate!

Can never stress the importance of drinking plenty of water. No, it’s not for your skin health this time. It is for your body and mind to function normally with changing routes and limited body movements.
Chug that bottle down, before the headache kicks in!

3. Stop for Fuel- For yourselves and your car

Never a great idea to push the tank limit. Refuel tank when you are down to just 25% of the tank. It is also worth bringing a can of gas with you to have more flexibility to your routings.

4. Carry a Spare Car Key

You are travelling. You ought to mess up in some way right? Let it not be a lost car key that ruins your mood and plans.

5. Do not over-pack. Do not Under-pack either

Pack essentials. Toileteries. Weather –appropraite clothes and an extra pair of shoes. But don’t overdo it. You can always throw an upper for a different look but if you carry an outfit a day, you will live to regret it. Trust us on that.
An extra pair of shoes, a jacket, an umbrella, 4 outfits for 8 days is just fine.
Camera is an essential to count though ;p

6. Have a loose plan

It is good to stay organized but it is also wise to set a loose plan. Road trips usually are filled with plan cripplers. Sometimes you need to slow down and enjoy the moment. Other times, you need to rush by.
Prepare mentally for ups and downs!
Its always nice to ‘see things how they go’

7. Rotate Drivers and Keep the Music Blasting!

Anything to avoid tiring the driver. Take shorter turns and download music that pleases everyone in the car.

8. Talk to locals

Ask locals about places to eat and visit. They know the short cuts and best places to see. Learn about them through friendly conversations.

9. If you can’t find the right time or means to outline your trip

If you can’t find the right time or means to outline your trip, type ‘Travel Agencies near me” and get in touch with them about your Tour packages, Vacation packages or even Honeymoon Travel packages.
